Joe Balser, Enterprise Project Management Office Manager, Health First

 Joe has more than 20 years of Defense Industry experience, including leadership roles in Information Technology (IT), program and project management, and operations support. He joined Health First in 2016 and leads the Enterprise Project Management Office, which is accountable for enterprise-level programs and projects at Health First. Joe received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and his MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.
